Owned by renowned TV chef, Jamie Oliver, this restaurant is located on Lendal, in the centre of York. During restoration, many striking original features were uncovered and preserved, including Tudor roof trusses and exposed brick walls.

In 2014 Wormland opened a new store at Leipziger Platz, Berlin. The store focused on trendsetters and design fans reflecting the urban flair of this city. Berlin has its own character, a feeling of independence and diversity. The Wormland Store features trendy brands which meet the creative scene with in-house music, books, perfumes, and creative store design with room art and high quality parquet featuring street art elements. A Kährs floor was chosen to give individual character to the space. The vintage oak boards of Kahrs Oak Tan with a brushed and hand scraped surface represent unique, urban scenery and give a very special and charming shopping experience.

When Mikaela Bandini moved to Sassi di Matera 23 years ago, she has never dreamed of owning one of the most popular bar’s in Italy. But that’s exactly what happened. Area 8 is a multi-functional space that houses an agency and production house by day and a café and theatre by night. A unique and very liquid project that aims at experimentation in all fields of communication, digital photography, marketing and cinematography. As head of Area8 Mikaela Bandini chose Arbusto Collection, Oak Canus, because it underlines perfectly the flair of these unique rooms.

Asia Spa is located at the top of Varberg Stadshotell, in the heart of the province Halland, Sweden with a spectacular sea view. It is inspired by the best of the Far East heritage & philosophy. With beauty spas, well-being treatments and a unique oriental environment; they have created a whole world of their own with well-being and enjoyment. Asia Spa has chosen Kährs Oak Indossati from the DaCapo Collection for their treatment and relaxation rooms. They were appointed as the best spa in Sweden in 2013.

After this long career, Marco Antino, decided to create a new proposal for a more democratic palate. The idea is to satisfy the more casual palate. Also to Italians living in the Peru, and those who enjoy Italian food. The name of the restaurant is its etymology, since Convivium means participate in a feast, drink wine, celebrate something. I.e., it has the same meaning as Symposium (in Greek), his signature restaurant (voted the best Italian restaurant 5 years in a row). Marco, 45, Italian born “food artist” created an Italian corner in downtown San Isidro, the most exclusive neighborhood in Lima, Peru. Convivium, guarantees the authentic Italian recipes and flavors. Special and rare ingredients are flown directly from Italy, as well as the most sophisticated Italian wines; some of which cost over $5,000.00 a bottle. Decoration and design was extremely important. Every single details was carefully selected. Top european brands were chosen to be part of this venture. Marco, after reviewing several options decided to install Kahrs Supreme Grande Casa. Kahrs Casa is the protagonist of the restaurant and mandates the decoration and color of the walls and furniture, specially brought from Italy. Presently Convivium is fully booked weeks in advance, making it a must for all traditional Italian food lovers.

TC TRAINING CENTRE

The floor specified for the TC Training Centre was originally a laminate. However, the performance and visual benefits of a hardwood floor convinced the owners to invest in a genuine wood product. Other advantages included fast and simple installation, with easy cleaning and minimum ongoing maintenance. Flooring contractor, HolzMaXX, installed 100 square metres of Kährs Hard Maple Ontario and 450 squares metres of Cherry Santa Barbara throughout the facility. Choice of floor: Hard Maple Ontario and Cherry Santa Barbara
