Phase one of the project has already been completed, and the open-concept residences have been fitted with premium interior details and a selection of hardwood flooring from Kährs, including Hard Maple Alberta and Walnut Vermont.

FlensburgIn a historic setting, the modern 4-star Hotel Hafen is located in the heart of Flensburg. In the eight different houses and 69 rooms, which offer a retreat for business travellers, families and city tourists, the extra wide flooring from Kährs Grande Collection have been installed. The wide planks in vintage look combine history and design harmoniously.

The University of Pavia is one of the oldest educational establishments in Europe. A large hall, later known as the Theresian hall, was allocated for the University’s library. Many original features, including its robust wooden shelves, still survive today. B1 LOUNGE

Located along Austria’s longest racing track, the B1 Lounge has opened. The new dining area is a combination of a bar, restaurant and lounge which has been completed in a particularly warm and stylish ambience. The best material has been used for the installation, giving this exceptional Sportgaststätte a special flair of excellence that can be enjoyed by racing fans. 250 m² of Kahrs Oak Unico were used for floors, walls, ceilings and tables.

JAMIE’S ITALIAN

Owned by renowned TV chef, Jamie Oliver, this restaurant is located on Lendal, in the centre of York. During restoration, many striking original features were uncovered and preserved, including Tudor roof trusses and exposed brick walls.
