The Sales & Design Center of No. 22 Renwick – a newly constructed 12-storey condominium, has been fitted with Walnut Providence and Walnut Philadelphia from Kährs. Its warm, refined, contemporary interior contrasts beautifully with the tiled terracotta façade.

IDEON AT NEOCON EXHIBITIONS

IDEON is a brand of the Exemplis Corporation, a leading U.S. manufacturer of contract furniture for commercial, healthcare, hospitality and office markets. Introducing the industry’s first online furniture customisation tool at the Neocon trade fair in Chicago, the IDEON stand needed to convey the message of frontier design. White pigmented Oak Ipanema was the perfect match for the light, spacious design of the area.

SAILS

Overlooking the Quay, ‘Sails’ is a striking collection of eco-homes inspired by an ocean clipper. The dramatic, landmark project includes five apartments and a penthouse. The two white-toned designs from Kährs Artisan Collection – Oak Linen and Oak Oyster – were chosen to represent a coastal feel.

JAMESON DISTILLERY

Formerly called the Old Jameson Distillery, the “home of Jameson” on Bow Street first started distilling Irish whiskey in 1780. After production was moved to Midleton in the 1970’s, the site was converted into a visitor centre, which attracts over 300,000 tourists each year. During the refurbishment, the original fabric of the listed building was carefully protected and historic findings carefully managed. Choice of floor: Oak Unico and Oak Domo
